About The Firm

The Firm maintains eleven offices, thereby creating a vast network of accessibility for our clients and providing expertise in all areas of the law. The Firm constantly interacts on behalf of clients within the structure of knowledge represented by our different attorneys and the different departments.

A client, for example, with a Workers’ Compensation issue that involves an employee termination has immediate access to our Employment and Labor Law Department. Should a case involve a Product Liability or other type of injury (i.e., vehicle accident), we are able to immediately communicate with our Liability, Transportation, or Commercial Litigation Departments. Each attorney is well aware of the Firm’s philosophy of providing this type of instant communication and prompt service to the client at all times. On many occasions the Firm will dispatch attorneys to the site of an accident, even if the expertise involved means bringing in attorneys from another location.

Our use of the latest technology gives our clients 24/7 access to our attorneys.  The Firm often aids clients with legal expertise in response to questions that do not involve presently handled cases. No question is considered unimportant. We aim to make every client feel respected and valued.

Consistent with the Firm’s philosophy to constantly interact with the client on an intensive communication basis, is our practice of training every attorney in cost effectiveness on behalf of the client.

The Firm regularly presents accredited seminars for clients, and many partners and attorneys are featured speakers at conventions, meetings, and seminars throughout Florida and around the country.

‘Coordinating’ and ‘service’ are “by-words” of the entire Firm and are stressed at every opportunity so that all aspects of the Firm operate and work together under the giant umbrella of “Client Service.”
