Adam Berger is a Partner in the firm’s Chicago office, focusing his practice on Complex Commercial Litigation, Third Party Insurance Defense, Employment litigation and General Business Litigation. Adam also serves as outside general counsel to automobile dealerships in the Greater Chicago Area.

Adam has seventeen years of experience representing construction managers, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction negligence, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims.  He has represented many specialty subcontractors including plumbing, electrical, concrete, coring, painting, wall panel manufacturing, and crane companies.

Adam handles business and commercial litigation matters including fraud, warranty, truth in lending, breach of contract, and defamation claims.  He also has extensive class action experience.

Adam is a recipient of a 2015 Jury Verdict Reporter “Trial Lawyer Excellence Award” for obtaining a defense verdict in a wrongful death case.  He also has been selected as an Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star in Construction Litigation.
