Ana Morel Saruski is an Associate in the General Liability and Medicare Set Aside Departments. She is also a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, and heads the firm’s Alternate Dispute Resolution Department. Since 2006, Ana has mediated numerous civil matters in the areas of Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, Automobile Negligence, Personal Injury Protection, Commercial Litigation, First Party Property Claims, Architecture and Design Professional Liability, as well as Commercial and Residential Foreclosure cases. In addition to her certification as a Civil Mediator from the Supreme Court in 2002, Ana received additional training in Residential Foreclosure Mediation in 2009 and 2010, a pre-requisite to mediating Residential Foreclosure cases.
Ana received her undergraduate degree from Florida International University and her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1991. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and is able to conduct mediation conferences in Spanish.
Ana also volunteers in the Florida Bar’s Justice Teaching Program, and is a parent volunteer for the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation, serving as a liaison for Spanish Speaking families all over the world.
