Brian S. Bartley is a Partner with the Firm's Fort Myers office (which encompasses Fort Myers, Naples, Sarasota, Bradenton, Cape Coral and the entire Southwest Florida Coast.) He focuses his practice in the areas of Workers' Compensation, personal injury, and liability defense.
Originally from Charleston, West Virginia, Brian is currently a member of the Florida Bar Workers' Compensation Section. After graduating Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science he served as chairman of a national student political organization and was listed in "Who's Who in American Politics."
He then attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as Research and Symposium Editor for the Inter-American Law Review. He graduated cum laude in 1996.
