Dominick V. Tamarazzo is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and General Litigation Departments. He has diverse and extensive experience with an emphasis on handling a variety of complex commercial, construction, insurance defense and general civil litigation matters in both federal and state courts as well as, contract review and negotiation. Dominick is an experienced lawyer who has established a reputation for handling complex, high-stakes litigation for corporations, insurers, and individuals with an emphasis on understanding his sophisticated clients’ businesses, products, and particular objectives.
Over the years, Dominick has serviced a diverse range of clients in numerous complex civil litigation matters involving all types of catastrophic high exposure damages such as wrongful death, brain injury, burns, paraplegia and quadriplegia. He has represented: state governments and their agencies, subdivisions, municipalities and departments; insurance companies; manufacturers; property owners; contractors; subcontractors; engineers; material and equipment suppliers; and design professionals in state and federal courts. He has focused his practice on handling matters such as personal injury and wrongful death cases, products liability cases, employer liability, premises liability and construction disputes, negligent security, and automobile and trucking accidents. Dominick has also successfully represented clients in general commercial matters with expertise in matters such as contract formation, negotiation and dispute resolution.
Dominick attended Fordham University, where he graduated in 1993. He received his law degree from the University of Miami College of Law in 1996. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association, DRI - The Voice of the Defense Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, the Cuban American Bar Association and the Coral Gables Bar Association.
