Eric Yesner is an Attorney in the firm’s West Palm Beach office, where he assists in handling matters related to complex Business & Commercial Litigation, as well as Appeals.
Prior to joining the firm, Eric worked as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Jeffrey T. Kuntz in the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal. He has provided direct assistance and counsel to the Judge on legal determinations, opinions and orders, and has researched and analyzed over 100 appeals and proceedings.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Eric worked as a Middle School Civics and American History teacher in Broward County.
Eric earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and his Master of Education from Florida Atlantic University. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he graduated in the top 7% of his class. While attending law school, Eric served as the Managing Technical Editor and Junior Associate of the Nova Law Review. He also participated and finished second in the University’s Feinrider Moot Court Competition.
