Frances’ legal practice began with residential and commercial closings, and she has developed this practice into a diverse real property litigation department. She primarily represents several large national banks, as well as several mortgage servicers and developers that have interests in multi-million dollar residential and commercial properties. Frances also has experience in credit card and car loans for financial institutions, along with collection work for physicians and hospitals.
