Hollan (Holly) Fintel is a Partner in the firm’s Tampa office, focusing her practice on creditor’s rights, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insurance subrogation.
Holly has extensive experience in all aspects of creditors rights and real estate law, including federal and state regulatory requirements. She has handled matters involving mortgage banking, foreclosure proceedings, evictions, replevins, federal forfeitures, probate claims, condemnation, code violation hearings, injunctions and eminent domain.
Prior to joining the firm, Holly served as a Supervising Attorney for a foreclosure and bankruptcy firm where she handled mediations, conciliations, and trials involving all aspects of bankruptcy and real estate litigation.
Holly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, International Relations and Comparative Politics from the University of Central Florida. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where she ranked in the top 14% of her graduating class. During law school, Holly also served as a Legal Intern in the Miami Dolphins’ Legal Department.
