Jake Tover is an Attorney in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, focusing his practice in the area of Property and Casualty claims, including First Party Insurance Defense Litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Jake worked at a firm dedicated to Elder Care and Estate Planning. There, he drafted revocable & irrevocable trusts, Warranty Deeds, Lady Bird Deeds, Last Will and Testaments, Living Wills, Guardianship Applications and Medicaid Applications. Prior to obtaining his law degree, Jake worked for Kelley Kronenberg’s Marketing Department, where he gained extensive experience in the areas of Legal Marketing and Business Development.
Jake earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University and went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. While attending law school, he was a member of the Transactional Law Practice Group and the Nova Law Review. Jake was one of four students published in the 38th edition of the Nova Law Review. Jake is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
