Kenneth (Ken) Franconero is an Attorney in the firm's West Palm Beach office, focusing his practice on civil litigation, the Defense Base Act, the Longshore Act, general liability, personal injury protection defense and appellate law.
Prior to joining the firm, Ken worked as a claims adjuster, handling large self-insured accounts for a national insurance company. He represented employers before the Ohio Industrial Commission, from the hearing level through appeal and also served as a Rules Analyst for the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.
Ken received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College. He earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 1991. Ken is licensed to practice law in Florida, Ohio, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and he is admitted to the Federal Bar of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Ken actively volunteers his time with the Palm Beach County Guardian Ad Litem program.
