Kent Rogers is an Attorney in the firm’s Chicago office, focusing his practice on the defense of claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act, as well as General Maritime and General Insurance Defense matters. Kent has extensive litigation experience in both state and Federal tribunals, having successfully litigated numerous cases involving personal injury and wrongful death, asbestos exposure, and premises liability.
Kent obtained his bachelor’s degree from Kalamazoo College with a double major in Religion and Politics. He earned his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. Kent is licensed to practice law in Illinois and is admitted to the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the Western District of Wisconsin and the Northern District of Illinois in Federal Court. Kent is a member of the DOL Joint Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
