Lloyd C. “ Rocky” McClelland is an associate in the firm’s Miami office, practicing in the field of Workers’ Compensation. Rocky is skilled in preparing initial file evaluations which identify strengths and weaknesses in litigation posture, as well as making recommendations for the handling of claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Rocky worked for two other law firms attending mediation conferences, negotiating settlement packages, researching and drafting memorandums, deposing claimants and conducting conferences with physicians and employer representatives.
Rocky received his Bachelor’s degree in Communication cum laude from the University of Miami in 2002, and he received his law degree at University of Miami School of Law in 2005. He was admitted into the Florida Bar in 2006.
