Luke D. Fynn is an Attorney in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office and focuses his practice on Civil Litigation. Luke has extensive experience in the areas of real estate litigation, general business litigation, community association law, and employment law.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Luke earned his bachelor’s degree in business with a minor in economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He then earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in May 2009. While in law school, Luke was selected as part of a team to travel to Vienna, Austria, to represent the school in the William C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition. Luke also served two consecutive years as Vice President of the Real Estate Law Section, and was a member of the Association of Business Law Students and the Environmental Law Society.
Luke is active with the Guardian Ad Litem program of Broward County as a court liaison. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
