Matthew Warner is an Attorney in the firm’s Chicago office where he assists in handling matters related to Construction, Retail and Commercial Litigation, Product Liability, General Liability and Employment & Labor.
Prior to joining the firm, Matthew was a Litigation Associate at a national law firm where he represented financial institutions in foreclosure litigation, evictions, tax deed matters, title coverage, divorce and probate proceedings, and various regulatory acts. He has represented financial institutions in over 150 contested foreclosure cases.
Matthew earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a focus in Criminal Justice from Purdue University Calumet and went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University Law School. During law school, Matthew served as Co-Chair of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program in Valparaiso, Indiana. Additionally, Matthew was the founding member of the law school’s Tax Moot Court and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
