Micheline Gros-Jean is an Attorney in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office where she assists in handling matters related to General Liability, Products Liability, Construction Defect claims, and the prosecution and defense of declaratory judgment actions involving insurance coverage disputes and extra-contractual claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Micheline worked as an Associate Attorney at an insurance defense law firm where she focused on First Party Property insurance defense litigation. Micheline also has experience handling Third Party Property and Casualty matters including, property damage claims and premises liability allegations.
Micheline earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Florida International University. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where she graduated in the top 33 percent of her class. During law school, Micheline served as the Subscriptions Editor of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law. She also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Dave Brannon in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Micheline is fluent in Haitian Creole.
