Quentin (Tod) Stupski is an Attorney in the firm’s Tallahassee office where he assists in handling matters related to Workers’ Compensation defense and Appeals.

Tod has over 20 years of experience handling Workers’ Compensation claims and litigation for insurers, self-insured companies, and government entities. Prior to joining the firm, Tod served as the Bureau Chief of the Division of Risk Management for the Florida Department of Financial Services. He supervised and managed the Workers’ Compensation self-insured program for the State of Florida. He also served as an Assistant General Counsel for the Florida Department of Financial Services, where he was responsible for providing legal representation for agency investigations on issues related to violations of Florida’s Insurance Code.

Tod has also advised legislators and business executives on developing legislative proposals within Florida and 12 other southeastern states through the National Council of Compensation Insurance. Tod has drafted, reviewed, and analyzed Workers’ Compensation and related legislation for Workers’ Compensation rating organizations. He frequently presents at national conference on Workers’ Compensation matters.

Tod earned his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, in Economics from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alabama.
