Shaye Schnier is an Attorney in the firm’s West Palm Beach office where she assists in handling matters related to Workers’ Compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurance carriers, self-insured corporations, third party administrators, and claims servicing agencies.
Prior to joining the firm, Shaye worked as an Associate Attorney managing a large caseload of auto accident and premise liability cases on behalf of personal injury plaintiffs. Shaye’s prior experience provides her with a unique perspective and insight into insurance claims and allows her to better plan strategies and defend claims on behalf of insurance carriers.
Shaye earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from University of Central Florida. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. During law school, Shaye was the Editor-in-Chief for the International Research and Citator Guide. She also served as a Summer Intern for the 17th Judicial Circuit Staff Attorney Office.
In addition to her legal practice, Shaye works as an Adjunct Faculty and Subject Matter Expert for the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
