Steven P. Kronenberg, the Firm’s Senior Partner and founding member also serves as a member of the Management Committee. He has more than three decades of experience handling Workers’ Compensation cases. He served on the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Executive Council for 25 years and is a past chairman of the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Section as well as a past member of the Section’s Rules Committee. Steven is a member of the Miami-Dade County and Florida Bar Associations, a faculty member of the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Trial Advocacy Workshop, and a frequent speaker at the WCCP Certification Seminars.
Steven regularly conducts seminars and presentations at the Turner School of Construction Management and the Workers’ Compensation Annual Convention. He is a member of the DRI and the Council on Litigation Management and is a former member of the Council on Ethical Billing.
Steven is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been included in Best Lawyers in America since 1995 and in Leading Florida Attorneys since 1997. He is also included in the Florida Super Lawyers Magazine, the South Florida Legal Guide, and Top Lawyers in America.
In addition to his professional achievements, Steven was a recipient of the Friends of 440 Honoree Award in 1996, the Treasure Coast Award in 2007, and again on “Tribute Night” in November 2010. He served as judicial liaison to the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Section and received a Merit Award from the Judges of Compensation Claims in 2001. He regularly speaks on workers’ compensation issues throughout the state of Florida. Steven received his Bachelor’s degree and law degree from the University of Miami and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1975.
