Timothy (Tim) Dunbrack is the Managing Partner in the firm’s Orlando office, focusing his practice on Civil Liability. Tim represents clients throughout the Central Florida region and has a superlative record before both trial and appellate level tribunals, with an emphasis on defending permanent total disability, exposure and complex compensability claims. Tim also has extensive experience in the litigation of Medical Malpractice claims.
Tim frequently speaks in the areas of prevention and protection against Workers’ Compensation claims and has been recognized by the Florida Bar for these lectures. He has been featured in the Orlando Business Journal in the area of Crisis Management. Additionally, he authored The Statute of Limitations: Whether or Not the Plug Has Been Pulled, for the June, 2009 edition of the News and 440 Report.
Tim is a member of the Publications Committee of DRI- The Voice of the Defense Bar, the leading organization of defense attorneys and in-house counsel. Additionally, he is a member of the Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association and serves on the Executive Council of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar.
Tim earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University. In 1993, he obtained his law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. Tim is an “AV” rated attorney, an honor that identifies a lawyer with very high preeminent legal ability and is a reflection upon the lawyer's experience, expertise, integrity and overall professional excellence. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern District.
