Heath Eskalyo focuses his practice on Workers' Compensation, OSHA and Insurance Fraud, primarily out of the Fort Lauderdale office.

Heath received his B.A. from Ithaca College before earning a J.D. from City University of New York in 1993. He is admitted to the Florida and New Jersey Bars, and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

He is a member of the Florida Bar Workers' Compensation Section, the American and Broward County Bar Association and the Federal Bar. He is past Chairperson of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Broward County Bar Association. In addition, Heath is a member of the Construction Association of South Florida, the Builders Association of South Florida, the Association of General Contractors, Society of Human Resources Management and the Risk Insurance Management Society. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and is a State of Florida certified Workers' Compensation educator who speaks on various insurance defense issues.
