Timothy Dunbrack, Managing Partner of the firm’s Orlando office, represents clients throughout the Central Florida region. He has taken numerous cases to trial and to the appellate level with an emphasis on defending permanent total disability, exposure and complex compensability claims.

Tim earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University in 1990 and received his J.D. in 1993 from Nova Law Center. He was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year and to the U.S. District Court, Southern District, in 1994.

Tim lectures frequently to members of industry in the areas of prevention and protection against Workers’ Compensation claims. He has also been recognized by the Florida Bar for his lectures to fellow attorneys on matters of Workers’ Compensation Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Workers’ Compensation Section.
