Steven H. Osber graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1989 with a B.A. in Political Science.  Throughout high school, college and between college and law school, he worked extensively in the hospitality industry.  Mr. Osber attended law school at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and graduated in 1996.  He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996, and also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Florida Southern and Middle Districts.

Mr. Osber is an experienced trial attorney, having tried approximately 50 jury and non jury trials, in both State and Federal Court, the majority of which he acted as the "first chair attorney", and also participated in a significant number of binding arbitrations.  He has also drafted appellate briefs and participated in oral argument of appeals.

Mr. Osber's practice focuses primarily in the area of complex and general commercial and business litigation, including partnership/shareholder disputes, commercial eviction matters, real estate litigation, and construction litigation.  Additionally, he has represented bars, restaurants and nightclubs for "self insured events" and conducted risk management seminars for these entities as well.  In addition to his focus as a commercial litigator, Mr. Osber has also been asked to assist in trial in various types of employment litigation matters including discrimination, harrassment, retaliation, and the like, due to his trial experience.

In addition to practicing law, he's also a member of the Forida Bar Grievance Committee, a Board Member for Broward County Crimestroppers and the President of his homeowners' association.
