| Mr. Stevens has been an insurance defense counsel for over 30 years. He has worked as a managing attorney for insurance company staff counsel and has been managing partner of a law firm. He has handled numerous jury trials to verdict throughout the state of Florida. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and the Federal Middle District and Southern District of Florida. Mr. Stevens has defended a myriad of cases in areas of construction defects involving shopping centers, multi-story buildings, and high end single family homes.
