Joseph A. Gugino and Michael G. Albani Join Kelley Kronenberg’s Tampa Office

Tampa, Fla. –Kelley Kronenberg, a national law firm, has added attorneys Joseph A. Gugino and Michael G. Albani in its Tampa office.  Mr. Gugino focuses on Real Property Litigation and Mr. Albani focuses his practice on Workers’ Compensation.

Joseph A. Gugino 

Joseph A. Gugino has more than 15 years of legal experience, having dedicated much of his career to transactional and litigation matters. His background also includes thorough legal experience with Real Estate, Foreclosure, Estate Planning, Probate and Business Formation. Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, he served as a Foreclosure Attorney with a Tampa law firm. His diverse background includes serving as a Senior Attorney for the State of Florida in West Palm Beach and working directly with the U.S. Attorneys’ Office and National Park Service regarding the acquisition of more than 10,000 parcels of land in the Florida Everglades.

Mr. Gugino is licensed to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He received his bachelor’s degree from Niagara University and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.He works directly with firm Partner Frances E. Johnson.

Michael G. Albani 

Michael G. Albani focuses exclusively on Workers’ Compensation matters for the firm. Most recently, he served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Office of the State Attorney 13th Judicial Circuit. While in this role, he worked directly with the Misdemeanor Division G Assistant State Attorney.

Mr. Albani is licensed to practice law in Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from the University of Florida where he graduated cum laude. He later earned his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law where he was a member of the Dean’s List and received Pro Bono Honors.
