Kelley Kronenberg Adds Family Law Practice Group to Its Growing List of Practice Areas

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – Kelley Kronenberg, a national, full-service law firm, continues to expand its reach into the Florida market with the addition of a Family Law Practice Group. In March, Partner Tracy B. Newmark and Attorney Natalie S. Kay joined the firm to create the newly formed group. The team represents clients in all areas of Family Law, including Divorce, Time Sharing, Parenting, Child Support, Same Sex Family Services, Guardian Ad Litem and many other matters.

Ms. Newmark has practiced law in South Florida for more than 25 years. In addition to her Family Law practice, she has experience handling Commercial Litigation and Civil Appellate matters. She also has several published opinions in the Second, Third and Fourth District Court of Appeals of Florida.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Newmark managed and operated her own Family Law and Civil Litigation firm. She has been a Supreme Court Certified Guardian Ad Litem since 1997, and has been honored by the 17th Judicial Circuit Guardian Ad Litem Program since 2000. Additionally, she has been appointed to act as a Guardian Ad Litem, by several judges throughout South Florida, on numerous occasions.

In 1986, Ms. Newmark earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where she graduated in 1990. She is licensed to practice law in South Florida Federal Court, all circuit and county courts throughout the state of Florida, and the Federal Appellate Court in Atlanta, Georgia.

Kay_Natalie-hoverAttorney Natalie S. Kay, who is also part of the firm’s Family Law Practice Group, handles Family and Marital Law, Commercial Litigation matters, and Family Appellate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kay worked as an Attorney for the Newmark Law Firm, PA and another local family law attorney.  She also gained international law experience by serving as a legal assistant at the prestigious law firm of Reynolds, Porter and Chamberlin, LLP, a recognized Top 50 Largest UK based law firm.

In 2005, Ms. Kay earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Florida Atlantic University. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, where she graduated in 2010. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, as well as the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. Additionally, she has published opinions in the Fourth District Court of Appeals in Florida.
