Kelley Kronenberg Promotes Eight Florida Attorneys to Partner

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – Kelley Kronenberg, a national full-service law firm, has elevated eight of its attorneys in Florida to Partner: Valerie B. Barnhart, Suzette A. Cozzi, B. Kyle Morley and Richard S. Unger in Fort Lauderdale; Eric J. Stockel in West Palm Beach; Barbara L. Porter in Miami Lakes; Amanda Mitteer Bartley in Fort Myers; and Walter G. Benjamin in Orlando.

Kelley Kronenberg offers a host of legal services for businesses and individuals. The firm has 10 office locations throughout Florida, with a headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, as well as a presence in Chicago and Houston.

Valerie B. Barnhart  

Valerie B. Barnhart (Fort Lauderdale) focuses her practice on Commercial matters with an emphasis on the drafting and negotiation of contracts and shareholder agreements, contractual disputes, shareholder actions, construction defect defense, the formation and structuring of business entities, transactions involving the purchase and sale of business assets, secured transactions and business transactions.

Suzette A. Cozzi 

Suzette A. Cozzi (Fort Lauderdale) handles matters involving Workers’ Compensation, Occupational Accident and Truckers Occupational Accident Insurance claims, Insurance Fraud and Civil Liability. Her litigation experience also includes Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Probate, Social Security Disability, Contract Law and General Civil Litigation.

B. Kyle Morley 

B. Kyle Morley (Fort Lauderdale) represents clients in Construction Defect claims, Wrongful Death, Assisted Living defense cases, Personal Injury defense and other General Liability matters. Richard S. Unger 

Richard S. Unger (Fort Lauderdale) focuses his practice on all aspects of Civil Litigation. His diverse background includes experience in Commercial Litigation, Appellate law, Personal Injury, Family law and Probate.

Eric J. Stockel

Eric J. Stockel (West Palm Beach) handles the defense of claims arising under Admiralty and Maritime Law, including General Maritime law, as well as the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. His clients include employers and insurance carriers in all aspects of claims arising under the LHWCA and its extensions, the Defense Base Act and the Non-Appropriated Funds Instrumentality Act, and related maritime civil cases.

Barbara L. Porter 

Barbara L. Porter (Miami Lakes) focuses her practice on all aspects of Workers’ Compensation.  Her background includes experience in matters involving Social Security Disability claims, Family law, Divorce issues and minor traffic violations.

Amanda Mitteer Bartley

Amanda Mitteer Bartley (Fort Myers) focuses her practice exclusively on Workers’ Compensation litigation defense on behalf of insurance companies and employers.

Walter G. Benjamin

Walter G. Benjamin (Orlando) has spent more than two decades of his career primarily litigating Workers’ Compensation claims. His background includes representing employers and carriers, as well as injured workers.
