At the firm’s Mediation Department, it is our belief that even when conflicts appear to be intractable, a resolution can still be reached through skillful negotiation. Our mediators are certified by the Florida Supreme Court. They also have additional training in Florida’s Residential Foreclosure Mediation Program, a pre-requisite to mediating these types of cases.
