Kelley Kronenberg’s experienced Appellate Division specializes in recognizing when the rulings of a lower court in any jurisdiction, whether state or federal, warrant being challenged. Our attorneys also excel in defending lower court rulings in our clients’ favor. We evaluate the lower court case, develop the appellate record, and prepare persuasive briefs, writs and motions.
