General Liability

Kelley Kronenberg's General Liability Department handles all aspects of general liability defense involving contract and tort-related claims.  This includes breach of contract, premises liability, wrongful death, automobile, product liability and toxic tort claims.  We believe in developing an early litigation strategy which includes the assessment of potential crossclaims; counterclaims; and the identification of any non-parties responsible for Plaintiff's damages.  This strategy is aggressively supported by the appropriate Motions to Dismiss and Motions for Summary Judgment in advane of trial.

Kelley Kronenberg views its clients as partners, working together, planning in advance, and responding quickly and assertively whenever issues arise.  Our attorneys are available day and night to consult on existing and new cases, working with clients from the moment an incident occurs to mitigate damages and avoid litigation.  Our liability attorneys work closely with our Workers’ Compensation Department to ensure consistency and jointly address any crossover issues.
