Subrogation

Kelley Kronenberg's Subrogation practice handles both legal subrogation claims (created by statute), and conventional subrogation cclaims (created by contract). This includes a wealth of experience handling the complex subrogation rights created by Florida's Workers' Compensation Statutes and the Manfredo formula. An effective and well-managed subrogation program requires attorneys with the experience, insight and creativity. We work closely with clients to quickly identify subrogation claims against third-parties and develop a cost effective strategy for recovery.
