Commercial and Construction Litigation

Kelley Kronenberg’s Commercial Litigation practice has the knowledge and experience to handle both routine and complicated litigation, trial and arbitration matters. Our attorneys specialize in general commercial disputes, with special expertise in such construction matters as contract negotiation and dispute resolution, defect and mold claims, Florida construction lien law, safety bond disputes, as well as delay and inefficiency claims. The Department represents clients with business tort claims involving fraud, misrepresentation, civil theft, breach of fiduciary duty, and intentional interference in business relationships.  The Department endeavors to resolve all litigated matters in a creative, cost-effective and expedient manner.  Additionally, the Department provides its clients with methods of avoiding litigation and advice on using non-litigation alternatives to resolve their dispute resolution forums.  Kelley Kronenberg's history of personalized service extends to the Commercial Litigation Department which provides prompt, effective and consistent personalized accessible service to our clients.  This allows us to work closely with each client to learn the facts of their case and determine the best available course to pursue the most practical solutions.
