Adam Hardman is a Partner in the firm’s Tampa office, focusing his practice on Mortgage Banking and Lending Services, primarily involving mortgage foreclosure litigation. Adam also handles the defense of claims arising under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, lien priority actions and quiet title actions. Adam has extensive trial experience handling contested Foreclosure Litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam worked as an Associate handling Real Estate and Lender Defense matters for a Tampa law firm. While working for a Gainesville law firm, he also gained experience in residential real estate transactions and the formation of condominium and homeowners’ associations. There, Adam assisted in facilitating real estate closings by preparing legal documents and coordinating with parties to the transactions, as well as assisted in drafting condominium and homeowners’ association governing documents.
