Alan H. Swindoll

Alan H. Swindoll is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing his practice on first-party property.

Before joining the firm, Alan worked as an Attorney at an insurance defense firm in Miami, where he represented multinational insurance companies in disputes and litigation. He also has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation.

Alan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy. He then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While attending law school, Alan served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge Edwin A. Scales III of the Third District Court of Appeal. He also served as an Extern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida.

Alan is fluent in Spanish.
