Alida A. Verdino

Alida Verdino serves as President of Business Development at Kelley Kronenberg, where she leads ambitious initiatives to strategically expand the firm’s footprint domestically and internationally. With unwavering commitment and visionary leadership, Alida focuses on developing crucial relationships with national insurance carriers, program marketplaces, fronting carriers, MGAs, and MGUs, while significantly increasing the firm’s presence in the real estate market and commercial litigation space.

Previously, Alida spearheaded transformative rebranding and marketing efforts at a prominent New York City firm, where she quickly ascended to Partner and Director of Business Development. Under her astute leadership, the firm underwent a comprehensive rebranding process that positioned it for exponential growth. Her strategic initiatives dramatically enhanced the firm’s visibility in both domestic and international markets, particularly in the competitive Lloyd’s of London marketplace. Alida’s client-centric approach not only solidified the firm’s reputation but also facilitated substantial expansion of their client base while ensuring exceptional satisfaction with their legal representation.

Alida holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University with concentrations in Italian, Spanish, Japanese, and Classical Piano. She is an active member of several prestigious organizations including the American Bar Association, WSIA, LMA, CLM, PLUS, Columbian Lawyers Association, RIMS, IACP, and IRMI.

Alida is fluent in Italian and Spanish and conversational in Japanese.
