Anthony Shih is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg where he handles matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation and Personal Injury Protection. He manages numerous cases and has gained valuable experience both inside and outside of the courtroom negotiating case settlements. Anthony has experience litigating PIP claims against local and national insurance companies throughout Florida, including denials for Material Misrepresentation, failure to seek treatment within 14 days, EMC limitations, EUO no show, IME no shows, IME cutoffs, and other PIP related matters.
Anthony also has a vast knowledge of the criminal courts as he served as an Assistant Public Defender for the State of Florida 5th Judicial Circuit for a number of years. In this role, Anthony represented thousands of clients and led multiple jury and bench trials ranging from misdemeanors to felonies.
Anthony received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from York University in Toronto. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. While attending law school, Anthony was a recipient the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award as well as a Stetson Law 2013 Equal Justice Works (EJW) grant recipient.
