Barbara Repandis comes to Kelley Kronenberg with over 20 years of experience overseeing Human Resources and Administration, supporting organizational leadership and growth objectives.
Her efforts to build and strengthen organizational culture successfully enabled her previous employer to be recognized as an Employer of Choice two years in a row. Barbara focuses on creating unique cultures of positive engagement, overseeing talent management and development, workforce planning, HR service delivery, and HR policies and initiatives.
An experienced HR executive in the legal, financial, hospitality and fashion industries, Barbara has a deep understanding of organizational culture, and a strong belief that the most innovative cultures are those capable of continuous improvement, which allow them to remain relevant and vibrant.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Journalism from Baruch College – City University of New York, and a Master’s of Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, from the New York Institute of Technology, and earned a certification in Human Resources Management from Florida Atlantic University’s School of Executive Education.
