Barbara Repandis comes to Kelley Kronenberg with over 20 years of experience overseeing Human Resources and Administration, supporting organizational leadership and growth objectives. Barbara focuses on creating unique cultures of positive engagement, overseeing talent recruitment, management and development, workforce planning, Diversity & Inclusion, HR service delivery, and HR policies and strategic initiatives.
An experienced HR executive with diverse industry experience, Barbara has a deep understanding of organizational culture and a strong belief that the most innovative cultures are those capable of continuous improvement, which allows them to remain relevant and vibrant.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Journalism from The City University of New York – Baruch College, a Master’s of Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology, a certification in Human Resources Management from Florida Atlantic University’s School of Executive Education and holds an SPHR certification.
