Bobby Bernstein is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing his practice on first-party property insurance defense.
Before joining Kelley Kronenberg as an Attorney, Bobby served as a Law Clerk with the firm, where he gained valuable experience in various aspects of litigation. He also gained diverse legal experience through several professional roles, including working as a Law Clerk with the Mitchell and Sharon Berger Entrepreneur Law Clinic at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. At the Berger Law Clinic, Bobby drafted documents for start-up business entities, and hosted presentations for members of the Lauderhill community. Bobby also served as a Community Association Litigation Legal Assistant at another prominent Fort Lauderdale law firm, where he handled various aspects of case management and administrative duties.
Bobby’s legal background includes experience in the emerging cannabis industry, where he served as lead editor for a regulatory legal blog while working for a Los Angeles-based law firm. In this position, he researched complex regulatory compliance issues across multiple states, assisted with business licensing applications, and supported clients in navigating complex regulatory frameworks. He also gained valuable experience in guiding industry start-ups through licensing and approval processes at the local level.
Bobby earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. Building on his undergraduate education, he went on to obtain his Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating magna cum laude, with a 3.68 GPA. Bobby was frequently found on the Dean’s List and earned several CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in courses such as Contracts, and Constitutional Law. At Nova, Bobby served on the executive board for the Transactional Law Practice Group.
