Brandon Weitzman is a Partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office focusing his practice on General Liability, First Party Property Insurance Defense, Commercial Litigation and Criminal Defense.
Brandon has extensive experience in representing privately-held businesses in corporate matters including contract formation and drafting and filing necessary business documents, such as articles of incorporation, partnership agreements, lease agreements, joint venture agreements, independent contractor agreements, demand letters, waivers & releases, settlement agreements, non-competes, non-disclosure agreements, non-solicitation agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Brandon also has experience in estate planning, real estate law and homeowners association matters. He serves as an Adjunct Professor at Lynn University teaching Wills & Trusts and Business Law.
Before beginning his legal career, Brandon was a Branch Supervisor for an American national bank, as well as a licensed realtor for a regional real estate agency.
Brandon earned his Bachelor of Science degree, as well as his Masters in Business Administration from Lynn University. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law.
Brandon is also a Certified Water Damage Restoration Technician, accredited by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
