Brigitte Jolliet is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on general liability and third-party insurance defense.

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, she was a Pre-Suit Attorney at a prominent Florida personal injury law firm. During her tenure, she skillfully investigated cases, resolved auto-accident liability disputes, and negotiated settlements for her clients.

To build her legal skillset, Brigitte also worked within the public sector. She gained experience as a Policy Analyst at the National Governors Association in Washington, D.C., where she co-led federal grant projects and serviced a network of state and territorial public safety executives. Before that, she served as a Legal Policy Advisor to U.S. Senator Marco Rubio, providing informed recommendations on judicial nominations, executive branch nominations, and legislation. Brigitte’s introduction to Capitol Hill came when she clerked for the U.S. Senate Small Business Committee, drafting a comprehensive legislative committee report.

A solid academic foundation underpins Brigitte’s professional journey. She graduated magna cum laude from the Honors College of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was recognized with the Blume Public Interest Law Scholarship and the Georgetown Law Opportunity Scholarship. Her commitment to public service was further acknowledged through her designation as a Public Interest Law Fellow.
