Brittany A. Panter

Brittany Panter is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on general liability and third-party insurance defense. With over 10 years of experience, Brittany brings an extensive litigation background to the firm.  

Prior to joining the firm, Brittany focused her practice on commercial and civil litigation, handling hundreds of cases from initial claim assessment through trial, including first party property claims, construction defect, and negligence. Throughout her career, she has represented individuals, property owners, and businesses, helping them navigate the complexities of insurance claims, coverage disputes, weather-related disaster claims, and personal injury.  

Brittany earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida, cum laude, where she majored in English. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude. Brittany was an active member of her law school’s Trial Team and participated in the 2012 AAJ Student Trial Advocacy Competition.
