Brittany Moyer

Brittany Moyer is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on general liability and third-party insurance defense.   

Brittany’s professional background includes valuable experience in multiple legal settings. She served as a Law Clerk at a property insurance law firm, where she conducted in-depth legal research, prepared pleadings, and drafted motions. Her time as a Paralegal at a major insurance company honed her skills in case management and medical record analysis. At a boutique estate planning firm, Brittany gained significant experience in estate planning, probate, and trust law. She further developed her litigation skills during clerkships at two large, multistate insurance defense firms, where she assisted with various aspects of insurance defense cases. 

Brittany completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies, laying a strong foundation for her legal career. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. During her time in law school, Brittany was actively involved in the Black Law Student Association and participated in the Juvenile Defense Clinic, demonstrating her commitment to community engagement and practical legal experience.
