Carmela D. Jackson is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on First Party Property Insurance Defense. She has over 20 years of diverse experience handling a broad range of commercial litigation and insurance defense matters.
Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Carmela was a Shareholder at a large civil litigation firm in Miami, where Carmela’s insurance defense practice primarily consisted of first-party property, personal injury, premises liability, third party property, condominium, associations, and professional liability claims. As a commercial litigator, Carmela has represented financial institutions and other commercial entities in matters relating to breach of contract, real estate, promissory notes, and title issues.
Carmela received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from North Carolina State University. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from North Carolina State University.
