Caroline Cimei

Caroline Cimei is the Director of Talent Acquisition in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale location. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, she manages company-wide programs related to the recruiting and hiring of legal positions at all levels including lawyers, paralegals, and legal support professionals. In this role, Caroline also develops and implements strategies for talent acquisition, through all recruitment channels in support of the firm’s mission.

Prior to joining the firm, Caroline was a Division Director of Permanent Placement with an International legal staffing agency. She has experience sourcing candidates for internal placement, conducting interviews, training new hires, and being responsible for reporting on individual and team goals. Caroline also has legal experience as an Attorney where she focused her practice on insurance defense litigation cases, especially PIP, bodily injury, and property damage.

Caroline earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science from St. John Fisher College. She then went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law.
