Cesar Pineda

Cesar Pineda is a Practice Partner at Kelley Kronenberg where he handles matters related to third-party insurance defense and general liability.

His practice includes the defense of a variety of claims, with a particular emphasis on premises liability and personal injury matters in both State and Federal Courts.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Cesar worked for a statewide firm where he focused his practice in civil litigation, including construction defect litigation, general liability, and first-party property insurance defense.

Cesar received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Florida International University. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Cesar received four CALI Book Awards and served as a clinical intern as part of the University of Miami School of Law’s Bankruptcy Assistance Clinic. As a certified legal intern through the Florida Supreme Court, Cesar assisted clients with a variety of bankruptcy-related issues, including the discharge ability of federal student loans, and assisted indigent clients with the filing of their Chapter 7 Bankruptcy petitions.
