Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Charles served as a Digital Marketing Strategist and Director at a full-service healthcare marketing agency in South Florida. In this role, he successfully implemented, tracked, and optimized B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns across various ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Social Influencers, and TikTok. His prior marketing experience spans multiple industries, including hospitality, publishing, non-profit, and advertising agencies.

Charles earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Toledo, where he was the President of the American Marketing Association Collegiate Chapter. He currently serves as the Co-Chair of the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee and as the marketing representative for onboarding presentations.
