Cristina Bianchi is a Practice Group Partner in the firm’s Brickell office, focusing her practice on all aspects of liability and casualty defense in addition to criminal law.
Prior to joining the firm, Cristina worked as an Assistant Public Defender at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office where she represented indigent clients in juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony cases from client intake to disposition. Throughout her career as an Assistant Public Defender, she gained extensive experience litigating bench trials, jury trials, and arguing evidentiary motions.
Cristina Bianchi earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Florida International University. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor, graduating magna cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law. While in school, Cristina was a member of the St. Thomas Law Review and Trial Team. As a Trial Team member, she competed in various competitions and was a second-place finalist at the Honorable Earl E. Zehmer Memorial Mock Trial Competition. Cristina also received the CALI Book Award for Legal Writing and Research and Advanced Legal Writing and Research.
