Attorney
Daiselys serves as an Attorney in the Family Law Division at Kelley Kronenberg. She focuses her practice on a broad range of family law matters, leveraging her broad experience in complex litigation, settlement negotiations, and client advocacy.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Daiselys gained diverse legal experience at several South Florida law firms, where she handled family law, probate, guardianship, and estate planning matters. Her background includes preparing for and conducting evidentiary hearings, drafting comprehensive settlement agreements, and managing complex discovery processes. She has demonstrated expertise in drafting various legal documents including prenuptial agreements, marital settlement agreements, and estate planning instruments.
Daiselys began her education at Miami Dade College, where she earned her Associate of Arts degree and was awarded the American Dream Scholarship. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Florida International University, where she was inducted into the Tau Sigma Honor Society. She began her legal education at St. Thomas University School of Law, where she ranked in the top 10% of her class, made the Dean’s List in both Fall 2018 and Spring 2019, and earned the CALI Award for Torts. She completed her Juris Doctor at Florida International University College of Law, where she continued to excel academically, making the Dean’s List in Spring 2020 and Spring 2021. During law school, she served as E-board Treasurer for the Peer Mentor Program and was a member of the Negotiation Competition Team.
Born in Cuba, Daiselys is fluent in Spanish.
