Daniela C. Salazar

Daniela Salazar holds an Of Counsel role at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on general liability and third-party litigation matters.

Daniela honed her legal skills as defense counsel for insurance companies, specifically focusing on first-party property insurance litigation. She also had the opportunity to represent prominent corporations in both state and federal courts, including leading automobile manufacturers, multinational cosmetics companies, and insurance companies. In these roles, her primary focus was on asbestos litigation and automotive negligence litigation. With a wealth of experience in the legal field, Daniela has successfully represented international and domestic insurers in various cases, including premises liability, construction defect, and first-party property matters.

Daniela earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida International University, where her exceptional academic performance earned her a place on the Dean’s List. She was also awarded the Academic Excellence Scholarship and the prestigious Bright Futures Medallion Scholarship in recognition of her outstanding achievements.

Continuing her pursuit of legal excellence, Daniela obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law where she received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. In addition, she demonstrated her exceptional skills by being recognized with the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award for outstanding performance in the Products Liability Course.
