Attorney
Daniela Pretus is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, where she assists in handling matters related to guardianship, probate, elder law, and estate planning.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniela worked at an International boutique law firm where she concentrated her practice on advising clients in Latin America, Europe, and the U.S on international transactions and dispute resolution.
She has extensive experience working on international contracts, cross-border transactions, litigation in State and Federal courts, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, obtaining evidence for use in foreign litigation, and international asset recovery.
Daniela is actively involved in the local community, acting as pro bono Guardian ad Litem for minors and participating in Dade Legal Aid’s “Venture Law Project” for start-ups. She is also a member of the Junior League of Miami, a charitable organization that promotes volunteerism and empowers at-risk women and families through education and leadership.
Daniela earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas/U.N.E.D. in Madrid, Spain, and went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law.
She is proficient in Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
