David Awoleke is an Attorney in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office where he assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation, including coverage and bad faith litigation, insurance claims, and investigations potentially involving fraud or arson.
Prior to joining the firm, David gained experience as an Assistant State Attorney where he was a Prosecutor for all misdemeanor and criminal traffic cases. He also managed full caseloads of 700 from arraignment through disposition.
David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Florida State University and his Minor in Business. He then went on to pursue his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School Of Law. While in school, he was a Law Clerk where he gained experience working on First-Party insurance litigation matters and assisted in preparing briefs regarding fraud, concealment, and misrepresentations in insurance cases.
